Find Your New Career

Working at TSi is more than a job, it’s a passion and an experience that makes you part of something special. At TSi you work to do much more than just bring home a paycheck, you’re building a career. It’s a place where you are respected, supported, and most importantly empowered. A career is a long-term professional journey, where you develop expertise, advance through various positions, and find personal fulfillment.

A TSi career includes continuous learning, skill enhancement, and a deep commitment to your work and coworkers. Each TSi employee is an owner, which means we are all invested in each other’s success. If one of us fails, we all fail, if one of us succeeds, we all do. We are literally all “in it together”. Lots of companies say they are “like family”, but at TSi we put that old saying to practice and treat each other with dignity and respect. This approach creates an environment where we all support each other’s career journey.

What do You like Best About Working at TSi?

Every employee-owner is on their own journey, and we’re here to provide you with the resources, tools, and support to start your new career.

At TSi, we like to say, we hope this is the last job you ever have. And while each employee-owner has their own experience, there are some commonalities we hear from all of them. You can expect the respect and support of an inclusive community throughout your time here.

Employee Ownership Means Empowerment

TSi is a 100% employee-owned company.

As an 100% Employee-Owned company, we believe employee-owners who share in the rewards if the stock rises and the risks if the stock falls, are more invested in helping the business succeed. We further believe that by being an 100% Employee-Owned, we will attract like-minded individuals that want to be part of something they can have a direct impact on. We share everything here. We share responsibility, accountability, risk, and most importantly, financial rewards.

Employee ownership means different things to different people. For some it’s a solid financial plan for retirement, for others it’s being part of something special and unique, and for still others it’s about collaboration and a sense of shared responsibility. Hear what some of our employee-owners said when asked what it means to them.

What Would You Tell a Friend Considering a Career at Tsi?

At TSi we proactively look for like-minded people. Our commitment to fanatical customer service isn’t for everyone. You have to be passionate about your work, and you have to be dedicated to exceeding client expectations.

As a result, it’s not uncommon for us to find future employee-owners through internal referrals. Many of our employee-owners are coworkers from a previous job, or even family members with the same mindset and work-ethic. We asked a few employee-owners what they would tell a friend considering a career at TSi, hear what they had to say.
